Candace Adams' commitment to relationships and values have led her to tremendous success in the real estate business for more than 20 years. Early in her career, Candace's dedication to service and integrity helped her become an award-winning sales executive and inspired others to join her at her own brokerage firm.

For the past 13 years, Candace has been affiliated with Prudential Connecticut Realty. As an office leader, she led her sales office to the #1 position in the region and increased its sales volume to the highest on record.

In 1998, Candace was promoted to Vice President of Operations in Fairfield County, before moving on to serve as the firm's Chief Operating Officer. In 2005, Candace was appointed President of the firm overseeing the sales and operations of Prudential Connecticut Realty's sales offices and the Family of Services companies.

Under Candace's leadership, Prudential Connecticut Realty has grown 46 percent. The firm now boasts sales in excess of $5.1 billion dollars and 1,700 sales executives in 61 locations throughout Connecticut and western Rhode Island.
